At the wonderful H-FARM campus, these have been intense days, rich with ideas and reflections – the kind that remind you why you love what you do.
✨ An inspiring discussion with the scientific committee of the Executive Master in Global Operational Excellence with AI & Emerging Technologies to explore new frontiers of innovation and improvement.
👥 Then, the contagious energy of the participants confirmed a truth: seeing their eyes light up when they discover how lean method and an organizational culture & mindset shift can revolutionize business processes… priceless!
🎬 The perfect ending ? The theatrical performance “Where’s the Umbrella?” Massimiliano M. Schiraldi and Stefano Uffreduzzi transformed an (extra)ordinary day in a factory into a lean work of art, where efficiency, productivity, and zen philosophy dance together with everyday reality.
💡 Reflecting on these days, one certainty emerges: True transformation doesn’t speak the language of numbers or technology, but that of people. With their vulnerabilities, certainly, but above all with that incredible and unique creative and emotional potential that only humans can bring.
Ever more convinced of having launched Innovative Human Touch.
❤️ Thanks to the super H-FARM Business School team for the amazing organization (we all know how much “invisible” work goes into making such perfect events!)
A special thought to Alessandro Petrillo and Sebastiano Di Luozzo, Ph.D.: your trust and friendship make this journey even more extraordinary.
