Entrepreneurship is a journey of unlearning—letting go of established norms and preconceived notions to embrace new ways of thinking, solving problems, and creating value. It’s about re-imagining what you thought was “normal standard” and striving to create something new. This year, my life took a sharp turn: since March, I’ve been writing my own story @ Innovative Human Touch. ✨

Words like “career” started to fade, replaced by one that now holds infinite weight—customer. Their challenges, needs, and ambitions became my compass, reshaping how I view success and purpose.

This journey was not without its challenges. To navigate this uncharted territory, I had to step out of my comfort zone and adapt at every turn:

– Building and structuring my web portal, specialized marketing, and communication.
